This unit can produce up to 40,000 BTUs per burner with a stainless steel U-style burner design that provides heat control every 12" and flame every 6". Easily access the pilots to either adjust or clean with the easy-to-access front panel. This gas charbroiler easily fits onto most countertops or chef bases with 4" adjustable stainless steel legs to provide stability. This versatile unit provides the ability to change the grate from an angle position to flat easily. This charbroiler comes ready for a natural gas hookup, however, a field conversion kit and regulator for liquid propane are provided with the purchase of the unit.
